First, insert the charging cable (Type 2) into your vehicle.
Insert the charging plug into the station, turn the charging plug to the left to unlock the protective mechanism and then press it into the socket. The cable is now securely connected.
Hold your RFID card on the top of the charging station against the RFID terminal and the charging process can be started.
The ring of the charging station starts to light up blue. Your vehicle is charging.
To end the charging process, simply stop it via your vehicle or by presenting your RFID card again at the charging station.
You will receive the invoice for the charging process via your respective charging card or roaming provider.
Scan the QR code on the charging station, enter your credit card details and email address in the web interface and start the charging process.
Please note that an amount of 50€ will be blocked on your debit / credit card for the charging process. This ensures that the charging process can be completed. The reservation will be automatically cancelled after a few days.

Search for the charging station in your Wirelane app or scan the QR code on the charging station directly. The app opens automatically and you can start the charging process from the app.

Select the station in your Mobility app via the map and start the charging process. If the charging station cannot be found in your Mobility App, this means that your provider has not included it in its offer. In this case, select another authentication option.

Once you have completed your charging process, you can retrieve your invoice at wrln.de. Enter the last four digits of your payment method and the transaction ID there. You will find this on your account statement.
